Hospital is easily accessible from city and outskirts. Taxi services, room service can be easily found. They will help you arranging the same. They have experienced doctors and nurses. Found all the staffs a lovely behaviour, might be they are well trained for that. Kudos to the management. Emergency department have an adequate parking space. Employee strength is pretty strong, each patient will be treated equally..

I have been visiting Meithra since long time . Hospital show excellence in their service day by day. They always keeps up their quality of service infact it's improving every time I visit hospital. They have nice team of doctors in each department. Great hospital.

Iam really sorry to say that this hospital is having a target to achieve from the patients and have no mercy in looting money like a thief yes they are the real thief's. *They are spreading covid19 through their canteen *All the staffs in this hospital including doctors needs a better hospitality training. *They have no interconnection between departments and if you have to get something they will make you to round up the hospital whole the day *The doctors will not explain the patient condition whenever we need. They will tell they will update you *The rudes are ruling in billing section and they will put you in waiting for two days for discharge even though you have already got the on request. *They will call you almost 20 times a day for payment even though you have fully settled till that time, we will attend the call and expect that they are calling for somethings else. But finally end up with payment and will abuse for that use bad words like third grade people *They will make atleast five tests a day unnecessarily. *You cant find even a single person after 8'o clock for any enquiry and they will can't treat you. The worst hospitality. If you think this hospital is suitable for any kind of treatment. Then please do not choose this hospital. The worst hospital in kerala.

Very bad experience from this hospital. I was there with my sister in this hospital more than 10 days, when I ask to the staff about patient condition, the staff behaviour very rude. The same tone was used the doctor while he explaining about the patient. If you pint their mistake, they will make you understand who they are.

Good treatment and well equiped hospital

The worst hspital in kerala. Especially the discharge billing section. They are calculating wrong amount and we have to correct them again and again. And they will loot your money unnecessarily. Please do not choose this hospital. They are really rude and cultureless fellows

Good hospital with efficient doctors and paramedical staff. Meitra having world class treatment facility they handle you as a star. Everyone can go to here without any hesitation. Lot of satisfied patients. This hospital have good parking space and it's situated in karapatan ba. But the cost of the procedures are too high.
