An excellent doctor, and for the first time I see a doctor who respects his profession. Hospital having fully equipped. My son treated for spectacle removal with high number. Thanks to God at his hands. Staffs are fully cooperative.

I did my ICL procedure done 8 years ago with very high spectacle numbers approx. -18 both eyes. Since then for the past 8:yeras my vision is very clear without glasses. Thanks to Dr Keiki Mehta n his team, particularly Mr. Mohan counsellor for his help. Recently I visited for my normal routine checkup. Al the staffs are same and cooperative. Once again I strongly recommend dr. Keiki Mehta is the best place for anyone's eye problems. Afterwards so many relatives are treated n cured by dr Keiki Mehta. Im from Nasik.

Got my smile surgery done here. Everything was done very smoothly. I interacted with Mohan Iyer and he helped me understand the entire procedure and was super helpful and supportive all throughout the process. It's been 6 months now and it feels great to see the world without wearing spectacles. Doctor Kieki Mehta is very skillful in this job and I did not have a single complication. I would give my highest recommendation for anyone looking to get a lasik or smile procedure done.

I had visited Dr. Keiki Mehta's International Eye Institute about a month ago and although the doctor is at no fault and his treatment was good I unfortunately had a deeply troubling experience during my appointment. I want to bring attention to this incident to ensure the safety and well-being of other patients. During my visit, I was inappropriately touched by one of the employees[Mohan] This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling violated and distressed. At the time, I was taken aback and didn't immediately address the issue with the management. Such an incident has never happened to me and I didn't know how to process it at the time. As a male, I understand that incidents like these are not commonly reported, but it is essential to shed light on this issue. Patients should feel safe and respected when seeking medical care, and incidents like these undermine the trust and confidence we place in healthcare professionals. I urge the clinic management to thoroughly investigate this matter and take decisive measures to ensure the safety and well-being of their patients. It is crucial that they demonstrate zero tolerance for such behavior and provide training and education to their staff on appropriate conduct and patient boundaries. While I regret not bringing the matter to the management immediately, I feel it is essential to share my experience to raise awareness and advocate for change. I also encourage anyone who has experienced similar incidents to come forward and share their stories, as it is important to collectively address this issue and hold individuals accountable for their actions. In light of this incident, I cannot recommend Dr. Keiki Mehta's International Eye Institute at this time. It is my hope that they will take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
