Disappointing experience. Few Years back we Purchased a diamond article from their Subhash Nagar Brach. At that time they told us that it can replaced at any time after 10% from the prevailing prices. However Saturday we went their South Ex branch and surprised to know that they don't keep any of their records digital. Their article can only be returned at the branch from where it was purchased originally. There also the exchange will be after 10% deduction from the original price we paid not at the current prices.
My mother bought jewelry from Mehra sons south ex branch 30 years back for my wedding as 22 carats as it comes as shock Yesterday I gave Jewlery for change to tanishq this jewelry came 18 carat so be careful by jewelry from Mehra sons

They have nice collection and the staff is very good BUT THEIR EXCHANGE POLICY SUCKS . They become very rude and deduct from the original gold weight which is unfair.

Really bad experience, my engagement ring got broke within an year and now I am getting lame excuses from the store. I will get the purity test done for my ring. Try not to choose this place if you believe in after service for your gold. They will charge again a big amount and no guarantee for that as well.

This was the first shop I entered to buy my engagement rings, salesperson showed me various rings & I don't like most of them, but obviously I wanted to compare them from other stores as well, when I told him I'm gonna come again he forced me to buy the rings and said that he wasted his time by showing us the rings. That was so RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I will highly recommend everyone to avoid this shop.
