Pathetic sales services. I guess since ages their day to day operation is stop because due to some unknown reason their MD is out of town and till the time he is not back they will keep my ring and do nothing. Just imagine in today worlds they are not able to evaluate the Price of ring which originally belong to them. Only their MD has the expertise to evaluate the price of ring and if he not available they will do nothing. Sales team behave so rudely and have no audacity to make call and tell reason of delay. They have limited stock available which are so old in fashion. I would recommend everyone don't buy anything from them. They don't make family they just make you fool and give you toucher. I am sure if you been to any jewelers for exchange of diamond or gold they haven't took months to share the price.
Outdated designs. Outdated staff. Unethical practices & unfair customer treatment. I had gone to return a gold ornament and buy something new but the staff there refused to provide any bill/invoice/informal receipt for the ornament that I wanted to return. Offcourse the price deductions & gold rate given to me was not fair which is why they were not issuing anything on paper. As I was time bound and just wanted to be done with this brand so had to accept the cash in lieu of the ornament. I dont ever plan to return to Mehrasons neither would I ever recommend it to someone. I had visited Krishna Nagar branch.
Highly overpriced and poor after sale service. Could get a better deal at other popular brands at lesser rate
Worst experience ever.. with digital life these people even don't have manners to talk and deal with customers. They don't have their own records worst shop ever. They are so only made for taking customers money
Staff behaviour was very much bad & also they people have no manners how to treat the customer & there services, I just want my duplicate bill & i had visited many times but still they people misguinding us from last 3 months continuously, Worst jewellers i have ever seen yet, Local jewellers far better from Mehrasons, I highly suggest don't buy any jewellery from Mehrasons... Dear Mr. Mehra, Thanks for your response, I would like to inform you that i have been purchased my jewellery from krishna nagar branch, but they people denied to give duplicate bill for the same, So i visited to the head office at Tilak nagar & all the details which i have been provided is correct, I have been verified it many times & also i gave them the nearest date with correct details to your representatives for duplicate bill, But still they don't have any record for the same, I once again requested you to give same as the information provided by us is 100% correct.
designs are okay but NO parking and quite expensive... You have to wait for at least half an hour for the person to show what you want..
Veer poor customer care.. and old designs available only.
Good Jeweller but you won't be able to park . Really place not visiting if going by self vehicle
