The place is good for anyone who wants to start their wellness journey. For frequent goers, you can try this place and will not be disappointed. I found it to be value for money. The ambience is good and so is the music. Not to forget the therapists. Few improvement areas: 1) Socket not available near Hair Drier 2) No moisturizer or Deodrant available like other Meghavi centers 3) I was not asked for any focus area by the therapist. Due to this, I gave it 4 stars, else it's a 5 star service !
Very good service never had thus kind of spa experience before compelety professional and family spa can come with family members safe and secur.
As soon I entered the premises I was treated with a stinking smell. The room and the bathroom is also very congested. The therapist was not able to provide the required level even after multiple requests. Massage was not done as chosen. Overall its a thumbs down.
Front desk & ambience was good . Had booked for deepp tissue full body massage. My previous 2 massage sessions at meghavi miyapur was too good.. But this time It was half done and therapist said s the massage session is done . Also very unprofessional therapist, In th name of deep tissue ,she just applied oil. Waste of time and money.

I'm a little disappointed with the response I got for the voucher I owned. I got a 30 min complimentary voucher from Harley's when I planned on getting it redeemed I understood I would require the bill along with the same. Unfortunately the bill was misplaced but I had proof of payment towards Harley's since payment was made to the business online. I expected that would be considered. But I was asked to upgrade the voucher for that to be considered. I understand you want the clients to pay for stuff instead of using vouchers. But you can't force them into it. Had I visited the place I would have definitely had taken up a service or 2 on my own. But it is not a way to enforce purchase just to use a voucher. If exception of online payment receipt is acceptable if I upgrade... It should have been made without the upgrade as well. This would actually build client confidence. That's all from my end... Just a feedback.
