The worst branch ever I visited in meghavi The manager she is rude The therapist was not to the mark wasn't able to apply pressure after informing in the manager she dint even tried to ask what happened ..was just sitting on table and talking with other therapist with her cell phone

One of the most pathetic experience here . I went with my dad for a relaxing day experience. The desk lady was sweet and helpful unfortunately she left the desk with an unprofessional and rude guy so, upon billing this guy asked me for an OTP to settle the bill which to me was the most shocking thing. They will tell you that it's mentioned in the rules to mandatory give otp which as a customer gives you fraudulent feeling. #never been asked for OTP for billing. Kinldy change this rule if it's so . Why not tell customers about this before , Who made it mandatory ? They've sending OTP s so weired

Therapist do not understand English or Hindi properly.. I had slip disc issue and asked her not to press on that area on back but she kept forgetting and pressed it hard. I am in pain for 2 days It was couple spa and both therapist kept talking and giggling during the session. Can avoid taking spa here .
