Megh Residency - Hotel in Vashi - Hotel in Navi Mumbai - Thane, India

I found this hotel very clean and Tidy. Staff r ver polite. I did online booking for three days it was around 3 km from. CIDCO EXHIBHITION centre. I wasn't charged anything. I paid half after I reached the premises. The restaurant did provide tastey food . The room service was good. There was hotpot,tea coffee for 2 people, 500ml 2 Mineral water bottle. Call was attended everytime I called up for any assistance. Next time I go I may book at the same place as its very clea and Tidy place though outside its a huge veg market called Vashi APMC market.

I stayed at Megh Residency Hotel in Vashi for 3 nights and would rate it 8/10. The breakfast was consistently excellent every morning, adding a delightful start to each day of my stay. The overall experience was quite satisfying.

We had booking for 2 nights this is purely our experience... Though we reached before checkin time after checking the availability they provided us a room thanks a ton for this policy Rooms were good and the washroom is really clean ... looks like a new hotel but the room we got was small it was congested The room boy who helped us to checkin made sure the Tv AC geyser is working n guided us so well he was short with a hat thank u ur service is appreciated But wile checkin the man at the reception whose image also available in ur photos was sleepy and he was like asking our room num whn we said we have online booking which was surprising he asked invalid questions as he was sleepy agreed that's not a crime any one can dose off that's not his fault but 2 nd day as we were out as it's a festive season n came back to room night at around 8 pm we called the reception n the same man answers the call we asked for our complimentary water bottle he said yes n we kept on waiting but no we haven't got the water bottles we thought it's waste of calling n telling him he is not attentive... and one most important feedback to Megh is staff at reception are not at all customer centric they r just doin the job that's it no smile no guidance not helpful for customers and yes this hotel is in between a commercial area surrounded with godown's and trucks n trucks n trucks and cargo vehicles all around but u will get Uber autos immediately on booking

Location: Little inside. Can be found using google map. Safe hotel, food is average in taste and cost. Manager is nice guy Hot water have some issue. I liked it. Per day cost is on higher side according to location. Clean and hygienic.
