June 24, 2023 Megestar in Trichy has announced the first PLF (Premium Large Format) movie screening experience in the city, similar to IMAX. I booked tickets for the movie "Jailer." Screen: The 70mm edge-to-edge 4K full-screen experience was awesome. Audio: The Dolby Atmos 64-channel experience was enough. PLF: I watched this format for the first time. The center of the screen was crystal clear, but the color and sharpness faded at the edges sometimes. This may be due to the jailer movie's color grading, which made it feel like watching a vintage TV on a big screen. Lovers of big screens must try this. Comfort: There are many options for seating, including push back seats, sofas, boxes, and balconies. The theater has a capacity of 300 seats. AC: The AC is excellent, but sometimes the airflow is too high and there is an odor. Bike parking: 10rs Ticket: 130rs, the best price compared to other cinemas. Drinking water is available and the restrooms are well-maintained. Book tickets at the offline ticket counter. There are two best options for watching a movie: the biggest screen, the most comfortable seating, and the budget-friendly Megamart. Otherwise, there is no choice for the time of the movie. La Cinemas also has 70mm screens and 64 channels, but it has 4 screens, which gives you more options. Overall, I had a good experience at Megamart. The PLF screen is a must-try for lovers of big screens. The prices are also very reasonable.

Nachos Taste is Good worth for money. Pups and popcorn taste also good and hot. Prices are nominally charged. Theatre has Multiple Type of seating. Three floor seating Spaces available. Ground floor Sofa Seating, First floor box and second floor balcony Parking spaces available. Restrooms hospitality ok, could be better to reach 5 stars Overall good experience
