Only for nature lovers. It is a pleasure to see once in your life. Local off road scam is going on pls be aware. They will stop vehicle nearly 10Kms before the place and they will scam you and claim no private vehicles allowed. Many tourists I found returning because of that irritating local drivers organizing a scam. The action to be taken for those who are not allowing many tourists and those who are new also does not know how long we can travel. Local Corporation need to have a awareness regarding this.

Megamalai One of the Nature's Treasure with Beautiful scenery. It was very peaceful and good picnic spot. It is full of Tea Estates. If the weather not so hot then you will see clouds moving and chil conditions. There are very few shops there. Upto Manalar Normal cars can go. Then post if your car is having less ground clearance then prefer not to go. I heard there are some viewpoints and private tea estates. This place is worth for good picnic spot or one day trip.

A superb driving experience with 18 hairpin bends. Drizzling and foggy now and then. Cool breeze. Unpolluted air. Not much hotel facilities.

Beautiful place to spend a day. No accommodation. Never take Panchayat rooms.

A lonely hill. No crowd. But superb tea estates, great views. Car rental for Off Road Rides. 2 Simple hotels. No tea shop or coffee shops. Just views and calm drive up. Not a very high hill station. Good local people for cottage and other stay needs required.

Beautiful Place In Tamilnadu Theni District. Wonderful Climate

Excellent picnic spot,No shops,rest rooms.Visiting time restricted from 6-6.Minimally touched by barberians,so the virginity of nature is secured... don't know for how long it lasts.Superbly maintained roads by TN.
