Third Class Nursing home in Barasat, no one supportive. Doctors ( Dr. Koushik Mishra ) are like robbers, nurse/sisters and aaya mashi both are very pathetic, they serve the patient like a dog. They are not helpful. Doctors are not actuall degree and experienced doctors, they just know money. I lost my father very badly few days ago, because of theirs ( Dr. Koushik Mishra) wrong treatment. After patient death they are not call the patient party, they are waiting for increaseing the billing amount, because they are here doing business, not for helping and living the patient. They are just a murder party, no one go there, i request you all. All doctors are not a actual doctors here, they just passed a doctor degree with money. Very pathetic service. I want to highlight the Government please close this nursing home immediately. Dr. Koushik Mishra is a murder man.

On 24th August I admitted for c section ..my OT timing was 9 am.. suddenly my gynecologist doctor named Dr Susanta paul informed that he won't do the operation on 24 th August he will do on the next day...cause i need blood. The most untrained , disgusting nurses who have no idea how to take care of a pregnant lady.they also don't know the use of Doppler ..from 24th August evening they are not able to find my baby's heartbeat on Doppler..but they don't take it seriously...on 24 th August dr susanta Paul did not visit me whether his patient is fine or not,he is too casual to his duty..my all reports are normal ..only one single loop of the cord around the baby 's neck ..the doctor should immediately don't the operation when I visited him on 18 th August..but he think himself as God ..he assured my mother he will do everything perfect..no need to worry..but he killed my newborn baby because he is too casual ..the nurses are too casual..I will file a complaint in consumer forum..I will never let dr susanta Paul and the most disgusting nursing home go anywhere ..I will take action ...just wait and watch

Thirdclass nursing home in Barasat, my patient admitted with minor old age problem like low sodium, pottasium but they can't find in 4 days what actually what's the problem . At the last they start new stories patients have pancreatic cancer (without basis of any biopsy) we can't treat cancer patients .80000 bill for my patients then they relise with thousand of problem like jundice, sepsis, acitis, lung infection, without our concern they tap fluid, They release as the base of we are not multispecality hospital we can't treat that patients. My patients was died on 10/5/23 for the cause of wrong treatment. Doctor, nurse, staff are not helpful, poor behavior I don't want any person lost their patients for this Nursing home Don't go there

Very delay process of birth certificate forward to barasat municipality.. There are no responsibility for this matar.

Dialysis facility is nice and cleanliness is well maintained. Friendly staff however the receptionist Mr. Anup Ghosh is very arrogant and impolite towards customers. Had a very terrible experience with him twice.

Had a very good experience with Megacity Hospital (Barasat). First of all, the admission producer was very prompt. they didn't take much time in admitting patient's. Secondly the rooms are very clean and hygienic. Ambiance was extraordinary. Last but not the least The Service. Starting from Doctors, nurses and housekeeping personnel, everybody was so prompt and efficient in their respective duties. They do not delay at all in their services, quick action gives quick recovery to the patient. Also the behaviour and the attitude of the staffs are appreciable. Everybody was very polite . An excellent experience overall.

Pathetic Service . Untrained Nurses. They are just playing with the patient body for increasing the bills. Horrible management with very poor service.
