Mega Tourist Home - Hotel in Ernakulam - Thiruvallur, India

To summarise: This is the most unclean hotel in a prime location. Only pro for this hotel is its location. This was the worst hotel (in cleanliness perspective) I have ever stayed in. The bed sheets were covered in stains. Pillow cover was torn in multiple places. There were red stains on walls. All the plug sockets were broken. So couldn't charge my phone. No accessories were provided. That is, no blanket, no towel, no soap, nothing.

I would love to say that the person who was the receptionist was too rude and he is really a damage to the property. Coz when I asked for room he was like very psyched and his tone was total rubbish. We had to travel from Palakkad to kakand and that was the most nearby place as we depart at palarivatam. People like that is a real loss for the business....

Not recommended. Behaviour of the staff are rude. Rooms are very dusty and smelly. Bedsheets and blankets are too old and not even cleaned. Ac is not working properly.

Very pathetic. The attitude and behaviour of the staff is not acceptable. He treated me like the room where I had stayed It was free of cost and the amount paid from his pocket. The room smelled so badly, no Wi-Fi no TV more over there was no air circulation.

Not at all recommended. Staff behavior is very bad. Rooms have not enough ventilation. Bed and bedsheets are very old, no blankets and no towels provided.... Not recommended for families and couples....

I stayed in a non ac room. Well suited for a basic stay where you want to quickly freshen up and checkout early. Pros- Room space was good. Great location, easy accessible to metro/bus/taxis, decent rates, good reception Cons - Room had very less air ventilation, had a slight dusty smell , TV was not working, no toiletries/towel/water was provided. Wifi connectivity was very poor and 0 strength in 2nd floor.

1. Rude staff with Worst behaviour 2. Hot rooms with improper air circulation 3. Bathroom ventilation is full of cigarettes packages. 4. Single men can stay (Never ever stay with your partner) 5. Easily accessible from Palarivattom Metro station 6. Beds was not properly maintained (The bed we had was itching.) I felt very disgusting and uncomfortable during stay.
