The person is arrogant. Being a barber he should be skilled in shaving and hair cut. But when he could not maintain level of sidelocks and do a clean shaving without scratches on chin, obviously it is natural to express dissatisfaction. He was offended by customer dissatisfaction and told the customer not to come his salon again.
