Overall Experience was ok .A small hotel in thiruvathukkal and around 4km from Kottayam town.

The online delivery was disappointing. The beef i ordered look like chewing rubber. Stomach was upset for one day after earing their beef fry. I wanted to make a compliant, but dont trust the govt. Better to make it public.

Took delivery via zomato and got stale biriyani from the hotel. Neither hotel is responding nor Zomato. Such a pathetic experience

Just bought butter chicken. It's too much sweet...Not at all tastes like bitter chicken . Not at all tasty. There is no contact number in their site or anywhere to call and complaint. Too disappointing....So bad

Had lunch.. decent kerala lunch at a very reasonable price..
