Meesala Raju Gari Militry Hotel is one of the best restaurants in Kakinada. Must visit Take your family for a memorable dining experience. I tried this Donne chicken roast briyani which is too good. The ambiance is nice with dim light. There can be more lighting, because we can see food much more clearly. You can also try Chitti Muthyalu rice pulao. Where both Donne and Chitti Muthyalu have completely different tastes. One of the ancient tastes. Service was also good. This restaurant is always busy even though it's 3 PM

The taste of vanjaram fry is so yummy! It's a BBQ fish with a type of gravy on its top. There is only middle bone of the fish majorly making it easy to have it. The bommidala pulusu is made using small fishes with 1 bone in between. Due to small size of fish, it takes little time to consume if you are not regular consumer of fish. The pulusu (type of gravy) tastes good with rice. But don't expect the taste to be as home made. There is little extra oil and I suspect color is also added for flavor purposes. Overall it's Okey to have once in a while.

Ordered a veg sweet corn soup and a chilly paneer starter. I think the chef doesn't know how to prepare Chinese dishes. It was utter disappointing that soup was more like a corn starch porridge and paneer was super hard to chew. Must be from old stock. Soup is full of corn starch lumps that was not mixed well. Totally a waste of money and time. Not visiting again.

A combo of 900rs.. in sigle word- bokka. Food quantity is very less.. In that combo they serve 2biryani's both are tasteless, i felt like having a regular white rice.. but have to agree some curries (prawns,mutton) are good.. Finally i suggest not to go for 900 combo(restaurant's special)

Taste is good. Must try restaurant. Apart from that .. Too much tomato sauce for dry items. But too much spice in Chitti mithyali pulao. Overall good restaurant to try. More waiting time..

Ordered zeera rice and Dal fry with Vanjanaram fish fry. Dal was good, zeera rice had lot of onions different from routine simple zeera rice. Fish was ok, not completely fresh. Ambience is very nice and service is quick.

After watching a video planned and travelled all the way from vizag with family to taste the food. We have received warm welcome and great service by the staff and management. We have tasted most of the menu especially non vegetarian. The food is very very tasty especially fish pulusu, crab curry and chatting Mutyala biriyani. Awesome experience. Ordered Full fish fry (Vanjaram/king fish) and lemon chicken as starters. Full fish fry has 2 two types - wet and dry Wet is very good with gravy that we had last time but this dry one is not that great. Lemon chicken is very tasty but less in quantity. Ordered boneless chicken biryani and Chitti muthyalu mixed pulav. Mixed pulav has enough prawns, chicken and mutton which is scrumptious and finger licking good that comes with some accompaniments like liver fry, Nethallu/Anchovy fish deep fry, egg fry. And I must say this is a must try item. Overall good.
