Meesala Raju Gari Hotel Ashoka Since1946 - Indian restaurant in Kakinada - East Godavari, India

A very old joint in Kakinada, this restaurant serves unexpectedly very good food. I have tasted Crab, Chicken liver and Fish and all are awesome. The only thing is that the restaurant smells like an underground garage. They really need to work on the ventilation to get some fresh air everyday. The decor is old style and they serve on disposable plates, many things are given as assortment. Anyways the food is good, really good.

Food quality and quantity are good , nice place for non vegetarian lovers. Special non vegetarian foods are available in local style like similarly to homely foods rates are worthable rates and services also good. But parking is not available and congested area busy with heavy traffic and public.

This is one of the oldest restaurant in kakinada which serves varities of food in non veg and with good quality and quantity. Must try their royya pottu and crabs. Ambience is not good but you can visit this place for good food.

I had a dinner here with Fish Fry. Unfortunately fish was fried twice and was very hard to eat. Better to have a lunch than dinner at this place.

I hv tasted the worst biryani ever here. We ordered Roasted chicken biryani it comes with kFC style but the taste was . And coming to fry piece biryani its average rice is not tastes good.

This is very old and famous hotel in kakinada and the service will be the utmost but it was renowned now and I think staff was changed and some items in their old menu which was famous was missing like non veg meals etc. This is fond for non veg meals also. And the service was also not upto the mark after renovation. Ambience was good and there is slight change in the taste also

Not much better The taste of vanjaram fish fry is worst, don't try it A sever(gent) was gambling with the customers and he brought only gravy instead of the fish curry we ordered and asked us to transfer the amount to his personal account without billing it.its happened on june 4th afternn around 2:45 pm Dear Ashoka management please consider this review as seriously. If not you may receive alot of reviews like this.
