We had a pleasant stay. We had called and booked a day before and we had requested for a early check in and it was provided at a minimal cost. The overall experience was good and the staff were courteous.

Room were great. It is near to Jaisalmer Fort. You can sit on rooftop and enjoy the beautiful Jaisamer Fort. Staff were very good.
Nice rooms. Staff is friendly. You can walk to the fort and the lake in 5-10 minutes. We were allowed to arrive early after the overnight train and stay longer in the room aswell.
Overall, a great experience! 1) The location was central and convenient. 2) The room was cozy, neat, comfortable, and very well-maintained. 3) The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, prompt, and easily approachable. They also recommended some good places for shopping and sightseeing and even volunteered to escort us! 4) The food was quite impressive. The menu had a wide range, and the rooftop seating is great to spend a peaceful evening. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
