The resort is situated on the road bit away from Main city and near Pagal Bana Mandir. For Breakfast Rs. 199 per head were charged for a buffet that's quite reasonable and Breakfast was good to have . Rooms Toilet was not clean and TV was not working that's the only negative, rest room was ok . It has a beautiful small Temple too. Family friendly. Good for those who wish to have a budget friendly resort to have a better stay rather than to enjoy luxury.
Everything was good including the food was good, i went there with my parents there. Had booked room with extra bed but got that bed after asking 4 times and it took 2 hours to get the extra bed and sleep. So i am giving 3 star
Behavior is unprofessional and unpleasant ,will ask random room rent if you want to extend you stay, You are forced to take their resturant services not allowed to choose on your will if you dnt want their buffet for fooding. Also it is 2km inside from the main road very uncomfortable with luggage if you dnt have your on vehicle. Cleanliness: not very hygiene corrosion is everywhere on the beds and bathroom taps also on utensils and cutlery they use to serve the food. Room Service: Unprofessional and do not bothered.
"Rooms are uncleaned and bathrooms are worst" I believe that most of the travellers first look at the bathrooms. and their bathrooms are in awful condition. The hygiene is so bad. They have got decent size room though. The food they serve in buffet is good and fairly priced but overall property cost is so high at least when we compare it with other property where in same cost you can get better room and bathroom quality. Their staffs are not trained well, so no body comes to guide you for the parking, or help you to pick your luggage from the parking as soon as you reach to the property. They never pickup the phone number that is provided nor they respond on the whatsapp when you try to reach to them. Also, this overall place is the part of Vatsalya Gram, which is for the purpose of Seva may be that's the reason the quality as similar to the dharmshala and not really like a resort as they name themselves.
I had stayed for 2 nights and it was a below average experience. At such price range they are offering a experience of a dharamshala. Building is old, so are there rooms, local commute is difficult to get, room service is pathetic. I would prefer to stay at any dharamshala rather than living here.
It's good and little bit far from Prem mandir and bankey bihari road and but good place to stay... rooms are quite big and it's inside the vatsalya gram. Overall very good.

It was a great stay, the room was fine and the campus of this resort is mind-blowing. I love the nature and cleanliness of this resort. Recommended for family and couples.
