Normal lodge to stay near chidambaram temple, which is walkable distance.

Affordable stay at cheapcost. U can get rooms even if you come on night.
Always stayed at this hotel when ever I went to attend classes at Annamalai University. Rate is high for the standard of room they are providing.
Prices are a bit high. Service is bad. But the location is near to temple 0.5 kms from Thillai Nataraja Temple.
Stayed here for a night. Compact rooms with very very average bed. Not worth for the price. AC worked and that was the only relief for summer. No Plug points for charging ur mobile and accessories. Only one plug is provided for the TV and u need use that for charging which is very bad. Not even water will be provided and food u must manage in nearby hotels. Chidambaram temple is located in 500 mts. No parking facility available for ur cars and u needs to park ur vehicle 100 meters away from the hotel on the road. Overall it's okay for a in transit stay.
Location is good as it is near the Bus stand as well as the Railway station,but the facility is not at all good ..we stayed in a.c room but hot water is not available, if u want hot water u need to turn off ac . Even if u turn on the heater the water is not that hot ..
Its a very normal lodge, do not expect too much . Better book AC rooms as they are little better than normal

No parking, but you will have some space near road to park
Too much mosquito, take some cream or you will regret a lot (as i spent sleepless night in non AC double bedroom)

It is budget hotel, can't except like star hotel. But they maintained hygienic and neat. If you find doubtful they do rectification. Very friendly and understanding person is receptionist.
the hotel was good at this price.. we took a triple room at the second floor.. the only disadvantage was the second floor.. because my MIL could not climb stairs.. but this was ok at this price..
since there were mosquitoes at night we had to use odomos.. also, since it is summer too hot at night to sleep.. there was only one window.
I had an amazing experience at Spiritual Stay! Owner Saravanan was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was so peaceful.
One more good thing is they are not allowing Smoking, Alcohol and non-veg.
Wonderful hotel. The staff is good and welcoming. They provide quick room services. They also help booking the cabs if needed. The rooms are good too and the best is that this hotel just a few steps away from the Chidambaram Temple. Good place and go
The hotel is centrally located and next to the bus stand! A very decent and old hotel but met our expectations considering the location. The hotel is very old and does need a little make over. The washrooms were big enough and had hot water supply.

Without any expectations I happened to stay here in Hotel Akshaya ! Surprisingly it turned out so good of an experience. The bathroom was super clean, the bedsheets were fresh, the air conditioner and the television were working properly and overall
Rooms are spacious and clean. Receptionist Suresh was so caring, friendly and polite. When my kid was needed hot water for drinking, he immediately helped. He also very helpful in many ways. Rooms are worthy and near to temple.
