Ambience is awesome. Room service, Food Service and food quality is really awesome and worth for the money. Sunshine employees were friendly too. Special mention: Star's Mr. Arun Pandi Mr. Arun Kumar Mr. Selva Kumar Kitchen star Mr. Arun Really friendly nature persons and helpful, providing good service too..

This pathetic place is an absolute disgrace to Madurai. My stay in Madurai was so bad because of how they made me feel. It was like a school hostel because some " known to the hotel" visitor was staying on the same floor as me. We were not allowed to use the lobby and talk over the phone on the same floor because the so-called guest was being disturbed. The Housekeeping was below zero. Mosquitoes in the rooms and restaurants outnumbered the ones living in the drainage. The service industry will die of shame if it sees the hotel. It shows a poor organizational culture that has set in. I have traveled to so many places across the globe and this place has been one of the worst in the list. No value for money. Not clean. Not a good location for families.

Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly stands out. In summary, Meenakshi's Sunshine hotel is a gem in the hospitality industry, and they should be commended for their outstanding service and excellent facilities. Keep up the great work!!!. Service and check in was smooth.Reception staff ,a lady was very efficient and helpful.Belldesk Ramkumar was very prompt and helpful.rooms was big and very clean.walkiing distance to saravana stores .

Situated near the Saravana selvaratnam stores and Meenakshi Mission Hospital. Rooms are decent but the prices are on the higher side. Overall decent place to stay.

Perfect location. Very small rooms. Not too high pricing and decent service. Not very clean bathrooms. There's plentiful of room for improvement. Stayed here for it's convenience.

Please avoid this hotel, service is horrible now. I had stayed in this hotel previously, but now staff are rude and horrible service, rooms not clean. Over phone they mention one price and once you reach they give different exorbitant price not worth the quality they provide. It's a pathetic and horrible experience. Please look of better hotel for same price and service.
