I want to show my gratitude to Dr.C.Sathyan, we went to the hospital last Saturday late at night around 2:30 am for my father-in-law's treatment regarding a stone in the urinary bladder. The patient had severe pain, and couldn't control it. As soon as we entered the hospital the midnight duty doctor and attender were proactive in taking care of the patient, and immediately took action knowing the seriousness they informed Dr.C.Sathyan. And he is assured the patient that he will take care. And on the same day (Sunday morning) the operation begun and was operated successfully. Now the patient is with good health without any issues. The hospital assistant doctors, nurses, staff are well trained to take care of patient. The Hospital premises was well maintained, hygienic, clean. The cost of operation is reasonable and affordable. My father was undergoing dialysis at this hospital.The dialysis technicians and nurses took great care of my dad.However the infrastructure is not at par with what you get in salem infact the dialysis here is costlier.They have tie ups with major insurers.Special mention Mr.Selvakumar(Dialysis technician) who is very experienced with dialysis process and took great care of my dad.Dr.sathiyan is very kind and attends the patients very kindly.Overall good but infrastructure of the dialysis room can be improved.Bathrooms can be maintained well.

ICU treatment is scam here. I have admitted my father twice here due to an emergency, both the time it's an pathetic experience. 1. Both the time they have denied to provide bill for the treatment. 2. In the second time they have not ready to provide discharge summary, I don't know what kind medical service it's.! 3. They made us wait for 3 hours, just saying we still writing discharge summary, and finally they are saying you have get it typed and printed in the reception, they are not responsible for that it seems. 3.Dr.Sathyian is a kind/polit person but the management is not at all good, 4.Example, In the ICU I only had to assist my father for urination and morning tooth brushing. Try to avoid.
