Me and my husband, being from science and psychology background, after visiting 4 to 5, reputed doctors from not only the malkajgiri area but also from various places in hyderabad, we were not satisfied because a few reasons. 1. Most of the doctors followed standardized protocols. I.e., same medicines for all women above 30 2. Doctors were inclined towards either c section or normal vaginal delivery. 3. The ones who believed in scientific methods prescribed unnecessary medications, including harmones, and others who believed in natural methods haven't even prescribed iron tablets, etc. We even asked questions and got vague answers from some of the doctors. At that point, we were in so much frustration because of so many confusions amidst of false beliefs, false suggestions, and myths related to pregnancy and pressure from family, extended family, and society. After doing a lot of research on reviews of clients, we got a feeling initially that Dr. Shilpa Gupta is the right choice for us. We visited and understood that what we assumed about her by reading reviews was right! We felt like we found an anchor to hold onto and sail through the pregnancy journey. 1. Whether it should be c section or normal delivery, and that's why she is open to any possibility that benefits the client. 2. She gives a logic or rationale of why a test should be done and why a medicine is important. She makes sure she doesn't do anything unnecessary and never skips anything necessary. 3. She is very empathetic. We rarely find empathetic doctors. 4. She never invades privacy. She doesn't even ask why you are rejecting a particular checkup. She behaves in a very sensitive way when it comes to internal checkups and respects privacy. 5. She keeps track record of a client in mind and goes forward. She understands subjective concerns, pros, and cons. 6. She follows ethics like not discussing issues about patients with patient. She never asked me to involve another female in process. In india, most of the doctors expect that client should be accompanied by a female. She respected the choice that me and my husband wanted to be together in this journey and discussed everything with my husband. 7. She collaborates with various professionals and gets an opinion. She never crosses boundaries of her specialization and builds treatment like a project by involving various professionals. 8. Ultimately, she makes rational, logical, wise decisions by completely keeping a client in mind. She is the only one who completely understood my previous complications, mindset, and situation. 10. She maintains perfect records and enters everything spoken in session on paper, which can facilitate future processes. 11. She gives options and choices. Never tries to suggest and dominate a patient. Even when she has to take strand, she makes sure they are informed decisions. In one line, she is Dr. House Indian version!

I had my regular pregnancy check ups with dr shilpa, she has amazing patience,always ready to clear our queries anytime,il assure she will come anytime even in night in case of emergency, my delivery went well,im blessed with baby boy.also the hospital has superb staff. thank you madam,its definitely best care with economical prices as the slogan of hospital goes.
