The service is very good which is more important as a patient. There is a general Dr who visits on a timely basis for patient concerns it is done before and post-surgery. Very much concerned about the patients and there is a regular checkup in the intervals of time. The hospital is clean and neat and regularly maintained by housekeepers. The food which is provided by the canteen is also very good and they maintain good hygiene to serve. There are two separate passes one is for the attendee and the visitor. Whereas the visitor has a speculated time to visit the patient. The washrooms are well maintained. One major disadvantage of the hospital is there is no parking for the patients you have to park your vehicles on the side roads, only hospital doctors are allowed to park in the hospital parking slot. It needs to be improved, at least they should provide parking slots near the hospital for the patients.

If you are from a well settled family or a well earned person then the hospital is good for them. But not for the middle class family. They don't feel happy

My experience at this hospital is good. Excellent team of doctors, supporting staff - both medical and non medical, specially the nursing staff, treat the patients with care. The food supplied by the hospital is also simple and good.

Pathetic dialysis center which is the source of infection. My relative started the dialysis with them. But whenever he went for dialysis he always returned with fever and infection. The dialysis team did some thing wrong and he got the thrombosis on his hand. When we informed to the doctor, dr. shouted on us and not to complain about the pain just gave dolo for pain. Swelling was increasing day by day. when we took him to another hospital, they did a scan and my father in law had to went a major surgery. Now he is recovering.

The hospital service is extraordinary which is more important as a patient. The hospital is very clean and neat and regularly maintained by the housekeeper The washrooms are well maintained. All the staff, nurse and support staff were very professional and had taken good care. Special thanks to nephrologist team Dr. CMY, Dr. Diwakar, Surgeon Dr. Saleem and special thanks to Dr. Satheesh sir and duty doctors as well.
