Yesterday i went there with my friend. Both of us went for haircut. Both were provided two different person (guys) for cutting our hair. The one that trimmed my hair did a pretty decent job and he was also being genuine that cutting tooo short will not suit me. But the person that trimmed my friends hair..he did disastrous bangs that was too short above the eyebrows and the fact that he did such a terribly bad job ..i guess he realized so he just vanished from there ...not even letting us ask him to do something so that atleast it covers the haphazard he has done on her. I hope next time he (sonu or something) takes any such job he really regrets it..n i just want medusa to remove that person whatsoever....
Extremely happy with hairdresser Manoj's work. I loved the haircut and the hair spa followed by the massage was awesome. I went to the salon for Keratin hair spa, haircut and a bubble pedicure, which I had mentioned in the reception when they had asked me for the services required. Got a little disappointed later when I came to know that pedicure could not be done due to unavailability of staff.
I am a regular customer of Medusa since they have opened. I had a haircut there on 7th of October 2023 with bangs ,and today I went for a trim on my forehead part .They charged me Rs 400 just for trimming about 4 cm of hair(only on the forehead part) which took approximately 10 mins of time. Its my mistake not to ask the charges beforehand but a haircut with shampoo is priced at 500 ,who would have thought a slight trim would be so expensive.When I complained the receptionist told me they would charge me the same even if I had done shampoo;I asked why then they didn't ask me for shampoo ,they were silent.I felt like I have been scammed.Never expected such a bad experience from Medusa after being their customer all these years.
