Had the potential to be the best hospital and the actual star of the city, unfortunately the management is so cunning and crooked. They should be given stars for fraud and lies. No fear of Allah in their wrong doings.

First of all please make sure hospital entrance is clean and modified , Housekeeping guys need uniform , lady at reception OPD must be standing while collecting prescriptions and speak loudly , unable to hear her voice. And there must be people attending customers I feel not to visit again ! Only at main reception guy is kind. And one of the main thing Doctors must be on time we came 8am till 9am doctor is still not here. Not recommended

I just took my mother there, she was having headache and vomiting, her head was bursting with pain.I just went inside, woke up the staff from sleep, within some time the doctor came and treated my mother.One of the best experience I never saw staff like that specially doctor was very polite My only request is to always treat every patient the same way you treated my mother.May God make your hospital successful

This must be the most terrible hospital in Kashmir valley. It looks like they have a standard of zero patient care in their policy. Interestingly, this must be the only hospital where you would have to literally scout for water, both for drinking and cleaning purposes.
I don't get why have they named it STAR HOSPITAL, when it genuinely deserves 0 stars for everything provided in the hospital.
