Worst service, not all responding to calls anytime and last month when we ordered tablets they didn't note my return tablet which I mentioned & I payed extra cash for it because of the staff's mistake. Worst service and staff . No delivery will be done as per the said time and not even respond to our calls .

Pls read fully below... I was regular customer of medplus...for past 5 years. Today I faced a worst service in Medplus No.8, 136A, Ramachandra Nagar, Iyyappanthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600056 The incident happened at 18:40- 18:59 pm on 05/02/2021. There were a 4 staffs was available at the time. Two persons were counting the 10rs &2coins.. and they were busy at it... that's fine. The guy in front of the system was free and simply looked at the coin counting works... He enquired lately. I asked tablets volibo M & Sorbito 1n mg and ask him check and in previous report also. He not replied properly.. The way he responded was not in a good manner.Here starts the arguments.. he replied in irrespective and irresponsive manner. we both didn't used any bad words but extended the argument. He used as unakku thara mudiyathu nu... i again asked him what you said... pardon nu.. he managed as not used that word nu... He weard his id card but name not visible. Hence I asked his name. HE REPLIES AS, WHY I SHOULD ANSWER YOU, WHY SHOULD I TELL MY NAME likke that.. at that time those other 3 persons were there at that place.. but they were silent and helped to sort it out... and they were like that not related to them like... finally O asked to them take volibo m tablets.. I need that tablets alone nu... they didn't replied anything they responded to next customers.. among the 4 persons no one replied me. again I asked them.. did u take my order for that tablet.. one of them replied hmm that's it.. I got irated and said Nandri... see the reviews nu left. Finally I got that guy name confirmed by his manager "Lakshmanan". I went kovur medplus branch.. I bought those tablets from there..... once I done the payment, before I leave from kovur medplus... one of the staff got the call from iyyyapanthangal branch med plus.. as they Informing that I will come here or near by medplus... like that... I informed the that what

The most horrible online platform for buying medicines.they wil call from the nearby centre once the order is placed and make a 2nd order of the same medicines without ur knowledge and ask u to make double payment without delivering the medicines fully on time.Beware of their cheating and silent criminal activities and multiple phone calls to harass the customers.

Never ever step inside, it's absolutely waste of time. People won't accept card, they just ask you cash! Idk whether they sell the company products or products of their own illegally.
