One computr in front of staff behaviour very rude

Kindly provide the contact number so that we can take doctor appointment

Did my RT-PCR test, staff is very friendly.

Here the staff is useless, we had ent appointment on 27th saturday 4:30, on reaching there they told us now doctor is not available , next appointment date is on monday evening 4:30, but on monday we reached on time and after waiting 30 min, they just telling us today also doctor not available, come tommorow, in case of doctor is not avaible staff should inform the scheduled patient on prior, but staff is not doing that, just arguing, waste of our time and money, never considering this hospital again. Patient name is manyata.
