Very very wrost service, very bad service, please do not test any medical issue. Reception staff behavior is very very bad.....

The behaviour of the reception staff is pretty raugh. They took the previous original USG report of the patient,who needed MRCP of abdomen and NEVER returned that USG report! Along with that,they spelt patient's name wrong in the original bill and report. No complaint regarding the diagnosis though!

They are just cheaters. The charge is much higher (they quoted 9860/- & I ve done the same from Maitreyee Chinsurah @ 6800/-). They never give GST bill. They accept only cash. Once I chase they told that "we are not under GST".

They don't wanna give computerised bill. Too much hectic to get one from them. It's difficult to claim insurance without computerised bill. Also only mode of payment is cash. Card/UPI isn't accepted till now.

No complaint about the Doctor. But the system is massively miserable. They put large number of names on a list for Endoscopy, colonoscopy etc. Which is disgusting in reality. They should take only a limited number of tests for the sake of the wellbeing of the patients.

Really very bad experience. Today I went there for a CT scan of my grandmother, but on ding that, suffer a lot. Power cut, and the severe technical fault, is there done the actual mess, the technician are not at all cordial. CT SCAN is not that much time taking at all. But due to inefficient technicians, that time will be of 35 to 40 mins in a single case. Just incorrigible. I think they are very ill trained to manage the situations at hassele free manner. I don't recommend this diagnostic Centre to anyone, try to avoid that place under any circumstances.

Very very bad. Not recomended at all. A pregnant woman came for last minute USG test and in the same day she will have ciser delivery. So they needed very urgent report so they requested a lot but the Mediview stuff didn't care about that. They didnt pay any attention to a very uegent request. Very very unprofessional behaviour.

1. Reports are inaccurate. (especially MRI) 2. Behavior is good until you pay the money. After that, the mask will be off. *DON'T* waste your precious money here.
