Nice hospitality and very arranged all lab assistant, including coordinator Mr. Sanjeet and Monalisha are very good supportive and caring After some time, the experience was deteriorating and no one was found taking care. The canteen facility was also not up to mark, no person taking care even waited 15 minutes for the tea and left without having it and even no water offered with the breakfast which offered for the the blood test after two hours of the breakfast. No facility for the online report and even to wait next day for the full report. Not a good experience which I was expecting.

The overall experience at the hospital was very good. Doctor,Nursing Staff, Other Support staff are friendly and co-operative. Management has made it all efforts to make the hospital one of the best hospitals in the locality and it's visible too. I think the hospital offers a high level of care - be it the doctors or the support staff. I have an assurance that the procedures for reception of patient, diagnosis and treatment are transparent, economical and of high standards. We might think that hospital in bigger cities have higher standards, but in my experience over several visits, the hospital offers services equivalent to that of any other. The fact that this is in available in Patna is again very assuring. Keep up the good job

Very neat and clean well managed hospital with well behaved staves. I got my gall bladder removed by a very experienced doctor Dr. Navneet ji in this hospital. One can have his family members as attendant for his satisfaction otherwise the staff on duty take care of every thing.

I feel happy see to services in mediversal hospital, I checked in here for health check up. Feel happy by staff behaviour, they are helping and polite in nature' specifically Mr Sanjit who helped us a lot.

My experience with Dr. Asif Iqbal has been very bad. They do not even give sufficient time to the patient and when asked about the patient's illness, they get irritated and say that they should talk to them from outside. I am not satisfied at all with the service of Dr. Asif Iqbal.
