Prompt and efficient service , from the initial check-in to the follow-up care. The doctors and nurses were not only skilled but also took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. Totally satisfied with the service.

I have been there in the hospital for my father's treatments after he had a heart attack. First we were at the causality reception and receptionist was not ready to provide registration as she had to go somewhere else and asked me to take registration from the main reception . I don't feel it as a good behaviour in that panic situation. And after angioplasty they informed us that there are no rooms available to shift the patient as they can provide only wards. We have been paying for each and everything and this doesn't make any sense. My mother was the bystander and she is not well at all.It was difficult for her to manage in a ward.They are unable to provide a room for us and I should always have a memory of bad experience although we had a good service and care from the doctors.

I recently took executive health check ups for 3 of us.... receptionists was very helpful and pleasing...overall good experience Please note Instruct ur in lab techs atleast hand wash or do hand rub between clients. The first one came with gloves from another room and took blood touch waste bins tables everywhere she can and no hand wash with same gloves she took blood for we two... I kept myself silently because I dnt want to spoil her day.... But please instruct ur staffs it's for their safety too As an NABH accredited hospital we will expect that safety from you...

Treatments are good. Staffs are very helping minded. Doctors are very helpful. There has only one problem I feel. Rooms are costly but even basic facilities are not available. A/c room A/c not working or remote not available. Hot water not available in bathroom. These issues are in some blocks only.

My 3 year kid was admitted here for 3 days. The staffs are really cooperative and took good care of him. The quality of treatment is high. The rooms are clean and the room service is also good.

Treatment and overall everything is good .Satisfied with the doctors especially gynaecology department as my wife was under treatment here.paediatric service is also fine .overall it felt good .room charge is high as per facility especially in special delux room ,it's not worth .response of the maintenance wing is satisfactory.Rest of all service are prompt and good including doctors and staffs

Had a very good experience. Special thanks to Dr.Valsala kumari mam (gynecologist) and her team for their support, concern and attitude. They are always ready to clear our doubts and tension. I am very happy and can undoubtedly suggest her for anyone who need a happy and tranquil pregnancy period.
