Approach them with caution..very bad people and unethical hospital. I am talking about Meditrina.... they have no right to run a maternity hospital...My third child was delivered in their trivandrum centre...they did not do her audiability test. If this situation was identified at birth...this could have been rectified with a hearing aid.
Similarly my father in law Mr. Kuttappan Asari did his cardiac implant device at kollam meditrina..an idiot Dr. Who did not have any prior experience did the surgery and later after two months the device got infected due to unprofessional and inexperienced surgery or device...We got a test from SCT trivandrum and was advice to remove the device immediately.. and later the device was removed at meditrina kollam itself...
Two successive surgeries ruined my father in law's health and he died around 7-8 months back..
These are money mongering rascals...do not take your loved ones to these vultures...
Dr. Pratap is an over confident businesman ....beware of him
For getting the preventive health check-up done it is taking more than a week but intially when enquired nothing was said and informed tests will be done in a day. Either the doctors are on leave or some or other issues. They don't have any issue taking money from us but getting services from them is difficult task. OPD might be good but other services needs lot of improvements.

I visited the hospital for my wife's delivery, from the admission to discharge all the admistrative process are very smooth and transparent.
The doctor and nurses in the gynecology dept is very supportive and caring. Nurses treated her not like a patient like their daughter. Doctor will neatly explain all our doubts and guided her for a smooth delivery. Really a good gynec team. The bill is also reasonable.
And there are some areas Needs improvment
1. Pharmacy is not upto the mark, some medicines are not available there eventhough it is prescribed by the doctor in same hospital. Not even new born baby diapers, glucose powder and sanitizer
2. Canteen is not clean and food is average only
3. Walk way to parking ground.
Worst experience with mertrina pharmacy staffs. They're busy with something else when i given my prescription. I'm writing here coz third time I'm experiencing the same. 2-3 person working for one prescription and the rest of the people are waiting at the same time.
Excellent treatment from gynecology department. One of the best hospital in panakkad caring like a mother
