I came for a free follow up with urologist doctor. Dr. examined me really well and on time. However the washroom is so unhygienic in hospital. There were no tissue papers provided and also at washbasin no hand-wash soap/liquid was available. This is the basic hygiene of a hospital. Secondly even after a free followup ( provided to me based on my surgery ) receptionist asked me Rs. 50/- for the registration, as I was coming for the first in that hospital. It looked strange to me that for even a followup they had to process the registration. 1 star for hospital. 5 star for Doctor.

Its a great experience with meditrina , effective diagnosis, and friendly approache from both nurses and doctors.The team of doctors and nurses are well trained and experienced professionals who works beyond their duty time to ensure patient's safety, and also they do not charge any unnecessary test. If you are conscious about your health I highly preferred meditrina Hospital Pattom.

So far so good, and happy to have a good treatment for my father, explained well the details of the patient. Overall very good.

This is a very good hospital. There is a good gynecologist here. They tell me everything. My wife was very much satisfied with there supervision.

A good hospital for gynaecology....doctors in this department are well qualified and experienced. The doctors and staff are very warm and helpful. The hospital also offers other specialists doctors from different faculty. The fees charged for consultation and various procedures are reasonable.

This is one of my experience with the general surgeon Dr Usha devi that when I went and took her appointment for a small surgery she was on leave. Usually she comes on alternate days at 11. So I went there a half an hour before but the receptionist told that she was on leave . So just think now its the 5th day and till Dr Usha is on leave such an irresponsible doctor

As a patient at Meditrina hospital, I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff from the reception, but the security parking need to improve as soon as possible otherthan that the facilities at Meditrina are top-notch, with modern and clean rooms and equipment. I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout my stay. The nursing staff and the receptionist was exceptional , always attentive to my needs and quick to respond to any requests I had. But what really stood out to me was the level of expertise and professionalism of the medical staff at this hospital(especially cardia and gynec). My treatment plan was carefully crafted, and my doctor was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. I felt confident in their abilities and trusted that I was receiving the best possible care.Not only the medical staff the administration management was simply superb and they do there best to the hospital at my peek. And I definitely recommend Meditrina hospital to anyone in need of medical attention. The staff goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for, and the quality of care is outstanding as I got at this hospital.
