Medipoint Hospitals - Hospital in Pune - Pune, India

My father passed away in this hospital last year after his battle with Cancer. His multiple organs were failing and we knew we cannot expect a magic from doctors at this stage. The doctors in ICU were quite emphatic with us and did the best they could. Given his condition the hospital did provide a reasonable treatment. Some hospitals try to make huge bills in such situations and since we are also emotional with our loved ones we spend as much as we can. In medipoint the doctor gave us the fair idea of father's situation on the first day itself. I am thankful to him for being true. When my father passed away, the hospital staff helped in making sure that we get all possible help. They showed their cooperation even in the middle of the night. I was totally lost on what to do, they guided about everything, prepared necessary documentation, helped with arranging ambulance and cold storage. They are also very reasonable in the billing in general in my past experiences.

Doctors are not so confident on their treatment and staff is not supportive. Even staff members are telling bad stories about hospital's services. Nurses don't pay attention to patients which is very severe issue to address at this hospital. We moved our patient to other hospital after 3 days and they did not take any interest to know the reason and no ask for constructive feedback. Would not recommend this hospital to any of my good friend or relative.

Recently visited for Wife's delivery. Money minded hospital. They will loot you. Knows how to make big bill. For everything they will charge. Chances of normal delivery is very less. They will divert your mind towards C- Section. I have given 2 star to only staff & sister who were very supportive.

Great improvement in Medipoint hospital services ever since they joined hands with Vitalife. Myself and wife received admirable services during hospitalization for Covid infection. Amazing team work by all service staff and consistent watch, care and flawless diagnosis by medical staff.

This is one of the best hospitals in aundh. From the staff to facilities, all are just superb. The care provided, the attention given to patients ensure things remain on top notch. We had a wonderful experience with medipoint hospital. Everything from admission to the post procedure care given was outstanding. Staff took care after each request and calls. Thank you team for all the care and support.. highly recommended!!!

Best caring of patients are taken. Dr. Bhasme sir is very knowledgeable doctor and given very best service, Shilpa and Ravina sister has taken best care of my mother. My mother was suffering from dengue Admitted on 22/10/2022 and was in serious condition. But with the treatment of doctors, my mother recovered from dengue today 27/10/2022. All staff of hospital are very supportive. Good cleanliness in hospital. But, Need to work on food, food was not good.

Recently we visited hospital for major operative procedure first of all staff including resident doctor staff nurse are totally careless about the patient's status. Not a single sister attended patient even after requesting for several times. Staff is not well trained they didn't knew how to put iv set.. catheterization..etc. totally disappointed with nursing staff nd resident doctor
