Visited first week of Oct for gastritis after studying reviews on google about the senior Dr. Chandasekar. But only his assistant attended me, asked robotic questions, not listened my problems. At the time of leaving Dr. C showed his came and blessed. Otherwise he never attend patients, they alltime display his TV channel interviews in the waiting hall. Worst protocol. No cross ventilation, but a godown. After endocopy, he suggested to contact the other doctor to treat gull bladder stones, and the only solution was to remove gull bladder. Then why we need to visit this one????????

Excellent service and treatment. Oncologist doctor suspected for cancer and took various tests and recommended for ultrasound endoscopy with needle biopsy, but here chief doctor and Dr. Yogesh said confidently it is not cancer, father was admitted here and ultrasound endoscopy biopsy report said it is not a cancer.... Doctor explained everything clearly before endoscopy procedure. They are living God here...

Appreciate the Facilities and maintenance. Doctors are so humble and patient in hearing our concerns. Their expertise is much appreciated. Chief doctor Dr. Chandrasekar brings positive vibes whenever he visits the patients during rounds. Staffs are very kind and caring. Really appreciate their work. Insurance department can be improved for their service.

This hospitals quality control is at par excellence. Can be given the best of awards for its best service rendered to its patients. Hospitality is just so good, no words can really describe it more.........

I have been waiting for more than 3hrs for my check up. There is no too much patient. But All the doctors busy with meetings and rounds. If they realy busy then why did they gave apoinment earlier and ask us to wait. I struggled with heavy stomack pain. Its unfair. Doctors must schedule their time for out patient.

I had a very good experience at med india hospitals (my first time there). Dr Gokul was v. earnest, gave me sufficient time to list my problems, symptoms and concerns & suggested endoscopy and manometry which was in turn performed with apt care by Dr Sathiamoorthy . I was having severe belching & throat fullness after meals & both the doctors informed me that I had mild gastritis with supragastric belching and that long term there was nothing to worry. I am very grateful to all the docs for putting my mind at ease & helping me with my concerns. Entire team of doctors including Dr Raja Yogesh & Chairman Sir himself also went through my case file and attended to me at different times which highlighted excellent coordination and all round integrated patient centric care which i have not seen practiced anywhere. Finally besides diagnosis & prescription, i am also thankful to receive much needed inputs from Dietician madam as well.
