Medilife Hospitals - General hospital in Mancherial - Mancherial, India

I have visited this hospital yesterday for my neighbour, I was been asked to talk with receptionist for charges of delivery and package.the way they behaved was not expected, literally they were humiliated with their words.i told them that patients husband is daily worker,he cannot afford much money, please give us some discount so that he can pay but the staff behaved very rude and said even it is rich or poor the treatment is same.Horrible experience with exorbitant charges. There is no ethics and professionalism in Doctor. Money making is the first priority..i hope the review reaches higher management of #medilifehospitals and take action on this . please respect the poor.your hospital may be corporate but people here are local and you are charging corporate charges that normal people can't afford.please look into this.

I recently had the privilege of being a patient at midlife hospital , and I am delighted to share my outstanding experience. From start to finish, the level of care and service provided by the entire hospital staff was nothing short of exceptional. The hospital's administrative and operational processes were impressively efficient and well-organized. From the initial admission process to scheduling appointments and coordinating tests, everything ran smoothly. The staff members were readily available to answer any queries

Dr prasanna is the HSG scanning specialist doctor who don't have minimum time sence... Very bad experience .. the receptionist are manners less they don't know about patients time ,money and very bad doctor response... For a 5min scanning we waited for 11am to 5pm... Doctors should respect the valuable time of patients.. Note:when we called one day before the receptionist told that doctor will arrive 11:30am but the doctor was much irresponsible came late and drained out our precious time..

Worst behaviour no courtesy and very rude They never give respect to people who come visit the Hospital.. The most disgusting behaviour in a Hospital... Never expected Please avoid going here either gi to government hospital or go to apollo or yashoda... Poor infra very unhygienic, wash rooms in ICU are dirty evwn public toilets are very clean when compared with ICU ward toilets Managaing with few nurse and Aya No duty doctors at all at night even in HDU wards and they collect 8000 per day which is worthless Trust me dont ever try visiting

Good doctors but waste management. Forcing to take unnecessary tests.reception staff is forcing to take blood test even doctor not suggested.stolling money of poor people by blackmailing.

Best hospital in Mancherial for all age groups. They provide services to every single cure with specialists. Must recommend Chetan sir for diabetics and general physician. Best in class. Others still haven't had a great experience. Hospital also has all facilities, well chair, lift and all diagnostic tests inside the hospital. Only for ultra sounds they have a set up outside. Completely enabled digital payments make it hustle free for us. Want them to improve the reception process, queue maintenance, and AC or clean sitting for waiting halls. Those are still not upto the mark. Looks like a second grade hospital in cleaning on ground floor. Hope to see the standards raised in the next couple of years.
