Medident dental clinic - Dentist in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

I went yesterday to this clinic to get my father's teeth extracted. My father was in severe pain and when we called the clinic to get an appointment, they were very prompt and helpful. The procedure was done quickly and everything was very hygienic. Staff and doctor were very good and very helpful. Will be visiting again and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Dr Saubhik Ghosh is one of the best doctor in Kolkata I had totally pain-free dentistry. The crowns and the partials he did for me feels great. The assistant and front desk people are considerate, caring and great professionals.I would highly recommend to anyone he is the best dentist I have come across in Kolkata

I recently visited the Medident dental clinic with my 80- year old mother, and had a really good experience. She had to get a tooth extracted, and Dr. Saubhik Ghosh did the needful with a lot of care and attention. His behavior was thoroughly professional, and yet very polite and well-mannered, just what one would expect from a doctor, particularly with an elderly patient.

I had visited this clinic for my crown fitment today. Based on my Father's recommendation and my earlier good experience from Dr. Saubhik Ghosh I revisited him almost after 4.7 years and was surprised to see a big change on Dr. Saubhik 's behavior while talking to me (patient).I had requested for some discount on the total bill value which was quite high for which he told me that he has already done it and I should not tell him again as this irritates him when someone asks and after telling this he left his chair. As a woman I felt very disrespectful and dishonored with this awful behavior. Time has changed him completely and his sole discretion is to earn money and not to care about his patient. Well there is a way to say No to a patient and its being said that Doctor's behavior creates an impression on patient's mind which helps to cure in an additional way. I advise Dr. Saubhik Ghosh to learn how to behave with patient. My Father and my Husband (also an old patient Of Dr. Saubhik) is literally surprised with this incident. Neither I or any of my family member would ever visit him again.

Me and my mom consulted Dr. Kundu on several occasion. He is very precise about his diagnosis and treatment. He is very caring, humane and neat in his surgical procedures.
