All low star reviews are really genuine. Doctors are good, but service is terrible. Many bad experiences but mentioning few 1. In ICU patient is in pain and nurses are in group discussions and laughing out loud. Zero emotional intelligence for the staff 2. If patient is in ICU, the attender who takes care of the patient has to sleep in front of the entrance like people sleep on floors in railway station. Next best option is to pay 10000 rupees (you read correctly) 10000 rupees for single room in which they won't turn AC, no TV (not priority) and not even clean. It's ripping off patients money. I have been to multiple hospitals which provide free room for attenders though it is like general ward. Atleast that option is not provided. You pay a lot of money and get lower class experience by sitting/sleeping on floors. 3. Lunch was provided to patient at 2.30 pm after requesting for it. I can go on and on...

I am satisfied with the treatment that I received at the hospital. I was admitted under Dr.Bhanu Hima Kumar, twice. He is very good doctor, who diagnosed and explained me my problem and the course of treatment to be taken in a very nice manner. The staff - nurses, housekeeping staff, PROs and billing department were also very cordial in their approach. The quality of food being served to patients could be improved. Overall it was a good experience during my stay at the hospital.

This review is specifically for administration managing Dr. Avinash Dal. They are polite and patient. Above everything else, they are either helpless or useless. Most often, when I bring my mother to meet the doctor, I have to wait several hours. This is despite either, already having an appointment or a confirmation from his assistant. Initially, I ignored this as sometimes Doctors can be busy and he is one of the best Cardiologists after all. I was always told the same thing, "Sir is attending to a surgery or there is an emergency". But for this to happen every single time only means one thing. The doctor is not being managed well by the hospital administration. Either stop the out patient clinic for him or organize things. If the hospital is dependent on only one doctor then they are very poorly managed.

We for ENT consultation, Paid 550 , now again for checking ,they charging 2000 . It seems they just want to take out money and this is just starting. Doctor Mr. Goud seems only money minded. Very pathetic hospital

This hospital is very bad. Is it a market or a stump for doctors? They are very careless about what is happening in the ICU. They don't even see the patient, they keep looking at the mobile. There are three patients walking in front of me and two of them had a date within two-four days. Our patient also came walking and made a date. And lastly, I have made a bill of 11 lakh rupees in your heart and until the bill is fully paid, the body is not given and I request all my brothers to go to Government Hospital but never come to the hospital under Medicover.

Admitted for kidney treatment. Treatment was good but the response from the staff was pathetic. No response, no information and waiting time extends for 4-5 hrs for any discussion. No proper communication between the staff at all. House keeping is worst service, No cleaning, no maintenance. And if we ask for anything, they replies "we don't know and it's not our department". Coming to Food... No need discuss and not even dare to think about the food taste n time. Provides lunch at 2.30pm for a sugar, heart, kidney patient. This is how they care the patient. No snacks at all, not even milk or coffee. Only the best part is that staff never asks the tips ( I felt that they know their service quality, that's y they dnt expected).

Doctors will not be available in the cabins. Non-availability of wheelchair at the entrance , to receive the patients. Attendants have to stop their car and get inside the hospital for wheelchair facility. Billing/ desk people are not thorough with the procedures and don't know apt way of working. Example: I visited the Hospital today morning at 09:00AM. Requested the desk people to provide me the " Essential Certificate " for the medicines prescribed yesterday (as this is required by CGHS for essential or costly medicines) They didn't know how to make it and waited for some other staff who knows that certificate. That particular gentleman did not report to duty till 10:15 AM. I requested them to make that form, which they know vaguely, and to show it to the Doctor and Doctor would correct , if needed. Doctor came to the cabin at about 10:00AM. I went to the doctor and requested him about the requirement . The Doctor advised them to make it. Doctor waited for about 15 minutes and went for routine rounds in the hospital. The desk people prepared the same after the doctor's leaving the cabin and kept me waiting, for the doctor's verification of the certificate, till 11:15AM. As I have some other appointments to attend to, I left the hospital. Had they acted promptly,this delay would not have happened. I collected the same at 13:30 hrs. by making another trip to the hospital.
