we went this hospital yesterday for health check-up. we are satisfied the area and other cooperation with all concerned staffs. but the TMT room is so horrible and we had terrific experience in that 30 mins. The room has AC , but its not functioning and no fans. we need to run in treadmill almost 20 mins for that test. we had full of sweating and annoyed. we requesting the management to make the concern on this. thank you
Medication was good and food also very hygienic for patients. Kindly refer Medicover hospital who all are having cardiology problem. We had consulted Dr Naresh garu and he did great job on heart surgery for my father and we are very happy for the treatment here. The services were good.. Doctors and the nursing staff were skilled and were attending the duties promptly. I reduced a star because of the availability of the nursing staff... there were few nursing staff available compared to the patients that they have to attend to and hence there is a delay is responding sometimes.. if the hospital addresses this, this would be one of the best hospital around this area. The admin staff.. they should be a little faster with the billing procedures.. I noticed a considerable delays with this team. They are not as prompt in the discharge process as they are with the admission process..
