Neat and organised spotless. Dr. Are nice and courteous as well. Food is delicious as well. They ultimately want a five-star rating, so be genuine and honest in your assessment. That will assist others in selecting a better hospital.

We were at the emergency unit two times during the past three months. In general the hygiene could be better regarding facilities and toilets. There were dark stains all over the ceiling and bedsheets are not clean. The handling of equipment is also not always hygienic. But compared to general indian standard, I guess it's acceptable. First time we experienced skilled doctors and very thorough examinations. Some of it seemed unnecessary and not on point and on the other hand they refused to do some bloodtests, that I wanted, which I did not understand the reason for, as we pay ourselves as foreigners. The managed though to find a possible explanation for my symptoms and with the help of doctors from our home country, I managed to get right treatment. Second time was a different experience. The doctor seemed unexperienced and very unfocused and more attentive to my daughter, who was not the patient. He did not make a report or medical journal. I had to ask for that and insist, before we left, as I need it for the travel insurance. They did some scans that they said showed nothing out of the normal, although there were some shadows on my ribs, from where I had pain. They did not find anything wrong with me other than my symptoms of concussion. Which was of course was I was hoping for, but I didn't feel 100% confident that they were thorough enough with the examinations, as they did not even examen my neck. In general we have experienced the staff nice and accommodating, when we asked for something, but I had to ask for journals and updates quite a lot of times on both occasions and there is also some unprofessionalism in the way the caring staff is more occupied with, what country we come from and chatter and laughter and speaking about us in Hindi behind our backs. I didn't feel served as a patient.

I am Dr Nitin Joshi consultant gastroenterologist and endoscopist. I was here in Medicover hospital at Chhtrapati Sambhajinagar for my father's cardiac surgery by Dr Manish Puranik. Dr Manish Puranik is one of the famous cardiac surgeons for minimally invasive cardiac surgery ( MICAS) . Conventionally cardiac surgery is done through breast bone fracture in the central chest, it's a big incision with prolonged hospital stay, pain, big scar and later in some cases keloid formation. In MICAS the incision is through the two ribs below the breast hence there is no bone fracture involved ( can be on either of the sides). Patients who undergo MICAS get discharged on day 4 or 5, they have only 24-36 hours ICU stay and start walking by day 3 in hospital. Dr Manish Puranik has kind of revolutionised cardiac surgery approach in Marathwada. He is not only great surgeon but one of the finest human beings and a gem of person. It's not only about cost of surgery but a big amount is spent by the relatives to stay outside home on lodging n boarding along with food etc when hospital stay is prolonged (MICAS saves a lot money n suffering for sure) . Not only for my father but I have observed Dr Puranik becomes a close relative for all of his patients and takes care of the entire family mind set during their hospital stay. For a surgeon of Dr Puranik's stature Cardiac surgery is not only about operating on the patient and going home but on that particular night of surgery the ICU staff keeps calling him almost every 15 min for patient update and he patiently attends n answers. Miraculously he is ready to operate upon next day. He has a commendable commitment, devotion n dedication apart from his operative skills, concentration power and healthy environment in the operation theater. He has defyed all the conversational misbeliefs in cardiac surgery. For sure he is a blessed surgeon and he has hard earned his skills. It is not only Dr Puranik involved in the patient care but the expert team of anaesthesiiologists- Dr Abhijit Kabade, Dr Lahire, Dr Murke and Dr Ninad Dokti. It's always that relatives and patients do not recognise the contribution of anesthesia in patient care but I must appreciate n be grateful these doctors without whom no surgery or surgeon can succeed in his career. They not only make surgery a pleasant and painless experience for the patient but they are complete package of intensive care. Anesthesia doctors in this hospital are phenomenal and completely updated with their knowledge, skills and experience. The entire OT staff, CVTS ICU doctors; Dr Kumawat, Dr Nazim, Dr Govind ,all the nursing and ancillary staff are so kind, helpful and friendly with patient , we can only be grateful to all of you. The hospital management is alert and caring. The billing staff is very helpful n friendly. Cleanliness is upto the matk. I am immensely grateful to all of you and Medicover hospital. Best wishes

I am very much thankful to Dr Rahul Gosavi , Dr Pradeep Rathod & their associates for their kindness & support provided during my little kid surgery ...but I never recommend this hospital to anyone as very worst services they are providing in hospital .... after complaining they sent someone to clean toilet after 2 days , even they don't have extra bedsheets when our child passes urine and bedsheet wet we have been waited for 2 hours for bedsheet. today we are waiting for the discharge but nobody is giving answers to us .... only said your treatment is ongoing, No IV since 10 am , only child is sleeping in room don't no what's going on... only timepaas hospital for charging extra bill......even medical staff is very rude, even some of the nursing staff has very casual approach ..... ** 1)Positive - Security Staff on floor are doing very good job. 2) Hospital Mama's & Some of the Mavashi are very good **Edited after 3 hours Thanks to the management team.. after raising voice they have addressed issue & visited to us .... thanks

Initially i gave 5 stars to this hospital but now it seems like giving two is also too much. I was their for consultation but seems like doctor had some other important work. Lets be realistic, if you don't have a time, don't call any one to be their to be waiting for you. Waisting their time waiting for you is not a way to run a business. Specially hospitals. Hoping the management will look into this and will ensure the doctors are being informed to be punctual just like their lunch break.

Good facilities, well equipped machinary and inhouse all facilities. Kind, supportive and co-operative staff. Hygienic and Clean hospital Temperament maintained and good air conditioning system through the hospital. But Might be time consuming due to preferred OPD patients 1st.

Good hospital. This is the hospital with many amenities available. Very well trained experienced professionals are there. My uncle's Bypass surgery is done here. He's fit n fine now.

In Medi cover Hospital one patient is admited namely Pooja Kulkarni I meet that patient relative thy told me about hospital that's the hospitals cleanly is well nd staaf are also cooperative and Doctors visits is repeated ly so they are satisfied about hospital and also satisfied bout Hospital and Hospatility of staffs.
