Went in here for the first time to get some medical tests done. This hospital is wonderful in terms of its infrastructure and quality of treatment. The staff was polite in their behaviour, the waiting time was average for a Saturday. The prices for the services are somewhat pricier but that's hardly a point to complain of these days. Overall, a thumbs up from my side...

Medicover Hospital, a true destination for all Medical assistance under one roof. Doctors, Staffs and other Hospital workers are extremely graceful, supportive and well in their duty. I would like to recommend Mr. Baljeet Singh (Security Staff) who helped us a lot during our admission in Medicover Hospital last week. He guided us a lot and helped us to educate processes. I had a wonderful experience at Medicover Hospital Kharghar during the birth of my baby. The entire team, from the doctors to the nurses, provided exceptional care. The facility is impressively posh and clean, creating a comfortable environment. The staff inside the delivery room and during my postnatal care were absolutely amazing. Their dedication and support made my journey into motherhood a memorable one. I highly recommend this hospital for its top-notch care and welcoming atmosphere.

Worst experience so far, Completely unprofessional and inexperienced administration managing the show. Billing department especially is a fraud headed by Mr.Atul G. Inspite of getting clearance from my insurer the caution money was held back. They did not have audacity to even call back and inform. I had to do rounds and get my refund. They will treat you worst than a government hospital asking you to go rounds. Nurses behaves like they are giving you a favour by attending patients. I would recommend all readers to avoid going to this place.

Best hospital with best treatment. We were blessed that our mother got excellent treatment in this hospital. Dr. Donald is the best onco surgeon one can have. He literally provided us with the emotional support we needed at this time. He was there with us from day 1 and also answers our call whenever we need. A rare thing seen in medical practices, but Dr. Donald excels at it.Nurses, sisters and all the staff provided us with good service. We recommend this hospital and doctor always.

Good service, polite staff, canteen service on time They told me to write this review on google! But My checkout is rted at 12:00pm and i'm still at hospital and it's 7:00pm.. for my mediclaim reimbursement I asked them for file they told me to come after 3days holiday (sat, sun, 2nd Oct) at 3rd October and submit request application. Then I'll get file after 3-4 days! Hospitals supervisors come frequently in a day for reviewing about services, staff and health concerns. Even they said to review it on google in front of them and click picture of it. Later I'm editing it. Worst part is food for patient is for Rs750/- (breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea per day) not good enough. Before blood collection for lab testing you have to apply tourniquet but hospital staff is using hand glove for getting vains visible. There is a canteen/cafeteria on ground floor for patient relatives and staff. Overall hospital is good, Well designed and constructed. Enough staff for working.

One of the newly built hospital in Kharghar. Neat and clean premises. Very well maintained. Ample Parking space outside the hospital building. The cafeteria and chemist shop is located on the ground floor. Well known doctors also come here for practice, consultation and OPD visits. Hospital staff are also very co-operative and helpful. One can visit for health checkup and other medical purposes.
