Medicover Hospitals - General hospital in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Went in for a physical check up through my employer via service called connect and heal. It was a weekend and even at 9am this place was crowded! This looks like a world class hospital from outside but the service quality was like a govt hospital. The bathrooms were filthy. Fluid and used lab kits were kept in the bathroom. No paper towels or soap. Like what the hell !! Also went got an ECG, privacy is a joke and don't even replace the sheets. They called in another patient while I was putting on my shirt. Don't replace the cover also Can't believe these expensive hospitals are lacking such basic etiquette

Worst experience with the Admission desk and Reception Counters. They don't have proper communication and even not taking proper updates from respective supervisors. Becz of this patients and attenders waiting very long hours. For me also they said wait for half an hour... It's taking to 4 hours waiting period. Literally I can see here such a irresponsible behaviour staff. After long period of waiting they alloted not single room, alloted twin share and I think this room was used in the WW2 time.

Nursing services is excellent Sunitha sister is very supportive and all staff is good floor managers also very caring and support in 2nd floor and all ortho team is perfect no words thanks so much all and medicover hospital

Medicover is on of the best hospital in terms of service and professional. It's an milti speciality hospital with consist of multiple blocks various treatments. The main block is on road side and sub blocks is on back side. The best part about this hospital is it acceptable most of the payment options like insurance or health card, White card. The process is very simple and convenient. The distance between main block and sub blocks is 100 meters and the provide buggies to 12 hours to travel between them in every 3 mins. Staff is polite even the ward boys are so kind and helpful. I totally recommend this hospital for Everyone.

I came from somalia for my father treatment, Dr. Srikanth did my father surgery. Its was successful. Here staff and sister behaviour is nice, and they are very cooperative. Housekeeping also good. Specially thanks to international team, they are helping me a lots. Today my father discharge was done, now he is fine. Thank you.

Hospital is very clear cut each and every floor we have different blocks here and hospital is very hygienic also they are supplying food for patients and also many other facilities are here for also our patients.
