Medicity Guwahati - Diagnostic center in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

I had the worst experience. Had to wait for the doctor for 2 hours . He was late . The staff were so good till the time I had done my tests. Once my tera are done they showed their true colours . The doctor gave his number and asked me to send the reports . He always sees my msg , but he never replies . I never get appointment to show my reports . The receptionist always says doctor is not available . The were rude whenever I called . They used to disconnect calls. Finally I called on the doctors number one day bcz I wanted to know about the result of my reports. One of his family member answered the call and said you can visit him in Pratiksha . These kind of doctors think patients are a money making machine . I would say never visit medicity . Doctor D phukan is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen in my entire life .

The customer service is really not up to the mark. They always insist patients come one hour before the doctor is actually supposed to come so that the doctors don't wait, but there is no value for patients time. The staff is rude. They always insist on getting tests done from them, claiming they will give 20% discount, when even with the discounts the tests are much more expensive than regular market prices. Also, even if a patient has already registered themselves in hatigaon, they try to take registration fees in Aditya towers without letting the patient know that registering once is enough. They also take 100 rs for registration in hatigaon but conveniently take 200 rs for the same registration in Aditya towers. The only reason to come here is the doctors are super specialist otherwise the customer service is pathetic. The staff is unhelpful and always rude and act as if they are doing us a favour and we are getting the service for free.

Horrible Staff: zero communication skills, horrible experience Doctors: never on time and shows no remorse about it Cleanliness: horrible, you charge so much at least keep the place clean but no let's keep the potty floating and the bathroom doors broken Price: I went to ayursundra yesterday and today I came here, I paid 200% more here for the same thing. Do yourself a favour go somewhere else. I live in Delhi and the only reason I came here is cause I needed my parents as I am sick. I have spent less, interacted with fine staff and amazing doctors in hospitals like Fortis and Artemis. Please do yourself and your health a favor and don't show up here.

Unprofessional and pathetic service. No value for time. Over phone appointment has been fixed and asked to visit at 11:30am.I was told that my token no is 03. Waiting since 11:30. 7-8 patients already entered but I was not called off. Waiting since last 02 hours. Regret my decision of visiting Medicity GS Road.

The reception need to learn how to behave ! Don't just think you know how to response , resort your work and behave !! Reply respectfully if someone is a query ! Teach your reception how to behave !

Doctors are very polite in medicity clinic but Some of the lady staff behaviour was very bad so it was my humble request to the Medicity directorate to make their staff behaviour good . I have rated 3 star for the doctors not for the staff

They call me at 9 :30am about my appointment with Dr. At 10.am , I reach at 9:45am, and still waiting for the Dr. And no doctor come to clinic till now (10.55 am), it's show how unprofessional they are.. , let's see what happen next.. OK service is good, price are very high side, as doctor fees or testing charges, my suggestion is better visit Hayat Hospital.

Dr. Uzir killed my father. He unable to diagnoed the disease of my father by himself n don't refer to another doctor also. After 2months the disease was detected by him. But already that disease killed my father.
