I wish I had the option to not choose even a single star while rating! The staff is unprofessional, and it is evident that the reason is cost-cutting on resources. Their behavior and appearance are enough to understand that they are a group of poorly educated individuals who have not received any training from the hospital's side. This morning, I had to visit the pathology lab there for certain tests. The staff was so rude and had absolutely no sense. The toilet was so dirty that one could contract infections easily. I saw a staff member take an old man on a wheelchair to the washroom door, where the man had to walk inside the washroom by himself and urinate without even closing the door. He was not in a condition to even flush the toilet. I don't understand the need to keep such staff members who cannot assist patients properly. Due to such situations, it is evident that the toilet will be left unclean. This hospital seems only interested in business with no focus on improving their service quality and staffing. I went there on the suggestion of my doctor, but I wish I had stuck to Lal Pathlab or Sodani as always. I will definitely ask her not to refer anyone for path tests here. If private hospital staff starts behaving like this, I wonder what kind of treatment we should expect from gvt. hospitals! The worst part is that even after receiving so many negative reviews, the only thing this hospital staff does is acknowledge the comment and forget about it. Guys, go a step ahead and do something about it instead of shamelessly thanking us for sharing our feedback.

Was impressed with the quality of nursing staff, the cleaning and hygiene staff and all the facilities provided for hospital care. Care was available 24x7 without the need for follow ups. Room was cleaned at least twice daily and also on call. The hospital services were priced very reasonable. All pathology, X-rays and ultrasound were in house. thumbs up for this hospital I would rate this as a different experience in current times.

Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. Thanks, everything was good. Very good treatment and the doctors are very friendly to us.I am so glad I chose Medicare hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

Unprofessional, rude and lethargic!! My son was admitted here for a shoulder surgery, the hospital incorrectly showed a wrong date of discharge on the final claim bill sent to the insurance company and refused to correct it even after multiple requests. Due to this we had to pay 30% of the total bill out of our own pockets. The administrative department was extremely rude and disrespectful. The lady Urusa Syed and her colleague Agasti were literally shouting at us and threatened that they will charge us for one more day if we don't clear the bill without asking any questions and were more concerned about not working on a Sunday rather than help us. Total thugs and frauds. Beware!!

The hospital is very nice and the services of doctors and nursing staff is good. all other staff is very Helpful and kind. I recommend for take care of your health through the this hospital.

Excellent doctors - treated by Doctor R Lahoti , Dr Sodhani and was also guided by Dr Hemant Mandovra. Excellent team taking care of patients with great hygiene. Every team member including admin is cooperative. Thanks and all the best !!!

Despite reading some negative reviews regarding cleanliness, I must confidently assert that the hospital is cleaned multiple times a day, ensuring a hygienic environment. Not only does it provide quality healthcare, but it also does so within a reasonable budget. I can personally vouch for this as my wife was admitted for delivery, and I wholeheartedly give the hospital a perfect score for their exceptional care.
