Medicare Hospital - Private hospital in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Giving one star for a reason. I went there because some muscle in my back got stretched a few days back. 1. Initial experience was that the doctor is not there, hence, OPD has not started yet; even though it was supposed to start 30 minutes ago as I had called them before going. 2. After meeting the doctor, Immediately he prescribed 6 medicines to eliminate the pain without actually prescribing any scans. 3. When I asked him whether X-Ray should be done before prescribing the medicines, he asked me to get X-Ray as well as MRI scan done. And then he added 2 more medicines for some reason. 4. And of course, he referred to a place where they will give 'discounts' for the MRI scan. 5. Throughout my time, neither the doctor nor the staff let me see my file. I asked 2-3 times to at least let me see my file. They said, please pay first. Then I offered them my phone to keep (maybe as a token of guarantee that I won't run away with the file). Only then they gave me the file and asked immediately to pay. So yeah, one-star!

Medicare Hospital Marol is where you find Dr.Zubair Sorathia and his excellent staff make you feel relaxed and rest assured ure ailments are eliminated. To being with Dr.Sorathia has a MIDAS touch and loads of expertise with experience...more of a friend,He is very confident..goes to the root cause analysis of the issue and lets his smile do the best ...A tall Handsome individual with a heart of Gold. Very few Doctors to find this era who would say dnt worry of the cost ...God willing he gave me this opportunity to heal you....some powerful boost where u know ure on the track to recvery.. I came with a damaged shoulder...now heading home for a stronger me..Thanks Dr.Zubair and Dr.Mihir Patel yet another maverick of a surgeon ...the excellent Duo!!! Will do all they can to ensure you're a fitter version of you..Cheers!!

Hospital staff is good. But Some doctors behaviour is not coperative. My father had brain stroke but doctor even does not recognise and gave us wrong medication after that senior doctor shifted our patient after 12 hrs of admission. Even for medical reimbursement we had not received any help from hospital doctor. If your patient has any emergency please dont visit this hospital.

Worst staff arrogant and rude aisa lagta hai apne ghar ka anger issues patients pe nikalte hai mainly the night staff hopeless they don't even care about patient is in pain would never like to come here in future just because of stafff worst worst pathetic staff ever i have seeen here disappointed have no words losers

Bad experience, staff not cooperative. Dnt care about the patient who is sitting for last 1 hr with the back pain. Disgusting....Reached at 5pm to meet Dr. Zubair . The receptionist told me he'll be free in 5mins then I can go .Waited for atleast 1hr asked the receptionist again . But she had no answer. So without showing to the doctor I left . Most important thing that irritated me was at the reception pizza party and chit chatt was on . They dnt bloody care about the patients who are sitting there in pain . Such idiots are controlling the hospital. NIKAAL KE BAHAR PHENKO AISE LOGO KO .

Dr. Zubair and each and every staff of Medicare Hospital are so friendly and cooperative that even a serious surgery looks a minor cut as they make you feel being at home. I got operated here and was admitted for 4 days and trust me everything went so smoothly that it felt that we were thr for few hours. The best thing about Dr. Zubair is his talks, he literally hypnotise the patients with his talks and smile and simultaneously he operate or do the treatment and we forget about the treatment/operation in midst of his talks. May Almighty bless him and each and every staff of Medicare.

Medicare hospital is extremely organized. Very friendly and helpful staff. The doctors give enough time and care , make you feel at ease and choose rhe best route of treatment for you. Dr. Zubair Soratia was the best doctor to treat my mother with his attention to detail and nothing seemed too much to ask for from him. He is always happy to help. I will always recommend for best medical care in the area.

Dr. Zubair Soratia is very caring and informative. This being my third experience getting treatment from Dr Zubair. I was once suggested having plates and screws to fix my fractured arm, I referred Dr Zubair who said that line of treatment was really not required and just a plaster followed by exercise after plaster removal would suffice. One of the few doctors I have come across who suggest and explain the situation and does not prescribe unnecessary line of treatment. The latest experience being that of my daughter who suffered Ligament Tear at the ankle, the treatment was well explained and successfully completed. I strongly recommend Dr. Zubair to all
