14/6/23 While calling for doctors booking my 20 days newbone, the reception staff behaved very badly and irresponsibly. I had 2 previous bad experience from the same reception staff. Also we had a visit with doctor Albin, who is well experienced and very good at his behavior and treatment

Main private hospital in Nedumkandam . Normal people who look for better facilities ,this hospital is there only hope. The hospital adminstration really using this as there advantage.They overcharge people and reduce some amount to make people feel they are doing something good. D3 vitamin drops which is essential for a new-born which they never give . So many cases have similar experience. Which is a critical negligence because after 50 days after my kid born i know this from a govt doctor, during his vaccine. ! One thing which should mention and i thank is the service from nurse. Excellent service and no words to describe.

Sharing with great pleasure. Had a good experience in medical trust and extremely satisfied with gynecology department. All the staffs Drs treated n cared me well throughout my labor. Expensive is adjustable comparing with other hospitals in idukki. Worth it

Over priced when compare to other hospital. The doctor are focused on attending more patients rather than comforting, or providing counseling to patients. You feel so much awkward when your wife at her pregnancy period, they just provide their findings, but they don't share why it happened like that. You have to google, ask relatives, friends with experience or from medical field. If you have all this at your finger tip, I recommend this.

Very bad hospital. Never visit. I visited today night , doctor and nurses dosent know what they are treating. Try to gosome other hospitals.
