Can't be more grateful to Dr Ajit Kumar Singh for treating my grandfather and curing him.His dedication towards his work is absolutely great!The staff ,the care ,the hospitality is absolutely perfect!Clean rooms and Advance Dialysis Department ! Undeniably the best centre for Nephrology!

I had gone to see gynecologist yesterday. The doctor was late as usual but the women in reception desks of second floor r very rude. When patient party go to the desk to do some query they make faces . They r there to answer our queries but they ignore us or answer us rudely. We too r respectable people y r they think they r some superior being. Only one lady with fair and clear complexion and having average height was polite I wanted to do USG but had to go to other diagnostic centre as they were reluctant to provide any proper information. On top of that I lost my umbrella inside doctor chamber which is very surprising.

I was admitted here for 6 days because of a minor operation, The first thing that impressed me was the hospital's infrastructure. My room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comforting and soothing atmosphere for me. It was evident that patient comfort and well-being were top priorities for Medica North Bengal clinic, second thing I like was the behaviour of the nurses and technician it was very professional as well as caring.. 5 star from my side

Medica is one of those hospital which actually cares for their patients and provide the best in class hospitality and of course the treatment Excellent medical facilities and services. Maintained cleanliness and is very hygienic . Good infrastructure with proper ventilation facilities that helps for fast recovery of patients. As per my Personal Experience Medical was Too Good n well Maintained.. Doctors are also very Humble n helpful...And iam very satisfied for my Aunt treatment she is much better Now ..and Nurse are so Humble n Cooperative... Happy Patient

Staff Behaviour is rude. I have done my baba 2 3 times dialysis. The best place is Netio. Hygiene, good behaviour and expert staff.
