Came for bloodtest and ECG without appointment. Service was fast and professional. I have not eaten before, so I needed to lay down afterwards and the staff and doctor made sure I felt well. They even brought food so I would recuperate faster.

unprofessional. Not recommended for doctor's consultation. Can't manage time. Will give you a time slot on appointment but after visiting at the said time, they'll make you wait for hours saying the previous patients couldn't make it on time. People working there have no idea about the work they are doing. Either change the staffs or shut down the clinic.

If no star rating was allowed I would have given that. Worst ever Clinic I have visited with no tinge of Professionalism. They don't know how to care for patients. They will ask you to come at a particular time and will keep you waiting even if it is an emergency. They don't know that why one takes appointment in a particular time. And if you say it is an emergency they will simply say that "if it is an emergency you should not have come to a clinic". How unprofessional of them. Worst place. Even the doctor was very uninterested while examining. If u really want to get cured and don't want to waste your money then please never visit this place. There are alot of Doctors available in the town. You can find good rated doctors and clinics from Practo or Google.

You should write Medica Clinic Health LAST rather than writing Medica Clinic Health First. Worst Receptionist no sense of Professionalism. Doesn't know how to talk. God knows how they are running this clinic. Any educated person will never visit it. They keep the patients waiting even after giving appointment at a particular time and literally says that you have to wait if you want to see a doctor. So unprofessional of them.

The Doctors at the ENT Department should carry their apparatus to check the patients. Otherwise its simple checkup with the Doctor by paying Rs.550/- for a visit and for services you have to visit the private chamber of the Doctor. Therefore, I am not sure of a Dentist sitting at the Clinic, whether they are sitting with their apparatus to check the patients dental issues or is it a normal verbal checkup. Medica should inform the patients when they seek an appointment that for a few specialist department/doctors the apparatus or equipment might not be there with them or else it is just ROBBERY.

We had a great experience here. This unit strictly abide by the covid protocols. They have even restricted doctor's appointment to manage crowd.

I've been here a few times. Everything is well organized. Even in the Covid times they are taking all precautions to avoid getting crowded.

I think it's one of the best clinic near to my house my wife went for the checkup and she was extremely satisfied with the checkup by Dr. Sujoy Panchadhyayee and after the checkup she went for the diagnosis and she said that the staffs were extremely polite and helpful.
