This place is awesome, you must try their Afgani chicken matka biryani. Try to pay by Google pay not the Hello grahak (T&C) are complex.
Terrible profit centric owner who doesn't know the basics of being customer centric. Typical uneducated restaurant owner behaviour of complaining about Zomato and why the rates are double over there and still wants to shut Zomato off. Won't that be customer inconvenience and shooing customers away from him? Really stupid move, please go ahead and see your business plummet. The top of stupidity was overcharging me on the listed price of Rs209 for Chicken Fried Rice. I was forced to pay Rs10 packaging charges and GST on top. The total was Rs229. All of this, while his misleading boards on entrance promise discounts. In my opinion, this pricing is definitely somewhere on start of premium pricing for such a basic dish. If you want to charge a bit premium, the customer experience should match it. Pathetic customer experience. The owner doesn't have sustainable customer service standards. I recommend him taking some time off and atleast visiting some good restaurants to understand customer experience, if not taking a course on it. Truly incorrect growth mindset. Every other guy wants to open a restaurant these days. P.S. the food is okay, which is why atleast they received a 3 star from me.
The atmosphere is very unhygienic, the service is pathetic, the food quality is average. It's like lots for money spent on interior design but the designer fools the owner. Very dirty place to eat
I have given 1 star to the food, service and atmosphere.. this is the worst experience I faced last weekend. They only care about online deliveries and not give priority to the people who come to the restaurant.. they provided half cooked chicken tangdi kabab.. and to get repeat roti, they took almost 30 minutes.. everyone in that room was frustrated with the service they were providing.. sudher jao median grilled..

Very bad the unclean situations we faced here and we had ordered a chana masala which is you all know that it's veg meal they have added in chicken masala or something chicken gravy in it I know the taste of it but it's like non-veg masalgravy so that's so bad there washroom is so yuk and overall bad experience I would recommend to you do not come there if you have value of money

So I ordered paneer tikka as starter it's taste was so good, in the main course we tried a type of kofta curry and paneer tikka biryani and both were very delicious . I would rate it 9/10 overall.
Serving us since ages I must say, My only to go place Hot Spot for oriental sizzler . Never disappoints me. Must try dish ! Generally it's available in all the outlets but Hot Spot is my go to place for sizzler.
It's just another Haldiram but less crowded. I always find Haldiram menu overpriced but the assurance of quantity and taste together has no match, so it is definitely worth visiting once in a while.
