Worst behavior of staff and receptionist. They even take visit for consulting report. Unnecessary delay of patient Checkups.. Neglecting behavior of the receptionist towards the patient.. Overall Very bad experience from the staff (receptionist) Otherwise doctor is good
Third class service..No proper response and the behavior of the receptionist is very rude and illogical.. No proper respect given to the patient by the receptionist.. Management is very poor
The receptionists are of rogue nature. Patients are asked to call at 11 AM for appointment but they wouldn't receive phone calls at the sharp said time. When called after 10 minutes they will say appointment is full for the day. This is not expected from such a big clinic.
One of the worst places for consultation they even take visit for report consultation..complete fraud place for visiting..completely avoid.
The receptionist girls are too rude. They don't know how to talk. They will insult u without any reason. My suggestion to the girls and the owner is simple: we customers are the ones who provide food on your plate. We don't depend on u, ur job/family depends upon us. Next time before insulting any customer, keep this simple fact in mind.
Those 2 women sitting at the reception should be changed. They don't have a minimum sense of how to talk with patients. They don't understand that the patients are customers and customers are not the ones to be misbehaved with. The management doesn't have a clue, what harm they are doing to the reputation of 'Medi Mall'. This place would not have any future if these women continue to sit at the front desk. Don't believe me. Just look at all the reviews here. The management needs to put some attention into what people are saying.
Horrible place.Horrible doctor. We met Dr SUBHODIP PRAMANIK, he is not upto giving any proper treatment here. He just wants hefty money. He misbehaves senior citizens. Won't recommend him.
Receptionist is too rude i asked her for online payment and she reply me no no only cash facilities is available.I told her to ask your manager for online payment the she says to me aapko pata karke aana chahiye k yaha shif cash payment hota hai.
