Doctor was polite and answerable for all our doubts, even though I had operation in different hospital, Given proper explanation and guided with do's and don't for quick recovery. Hospital itself has Xray facility, physiotherapy treatment in 2 floor with lift facility. Fees were nominal.

Worst Reception staffs If you call to book appointment or to enquire details they never respond properly over phone they will speak and chat witn nearby staffs and make you wait in call and barely respond to you Because of Reception staffs hospital and doctor reputation is getting spoiled

I had my acl reconstruction during the month july. At 1st my parents wer afraid abt the surgery process but the way dr.samson explained the process was enough to convince my parents. We had a pathetic experience for my father. One operation done half way and we are forced to do another operation for the same issue. One operation for removing a screw and now asking us to go thru another for removing the plate. Medications were given unnecessarily for 3 months with no progress. The culture tests taken were not consistent. Pathetic experience. If u feel like wasting your money, time and energy, you can go here
