The worst clinic to go to. Firstly, certain doctors are only available on certain days so taking appointments are encouraged. But don't bother doing so, as the doctor will either be on leave on those days or will take the appointment and leave early. I literally took an appointment today after the doctor was on leave last Friday and informed the clinic that I'll arrive in 30mins and they agreed. And when I showed up, they informed me the doctor already left. They operate like a salon and treat healthcare very casually. Dr. Vidya, I believe, is the doctor I needed to see there but she took my appointment and casually left. Disappointing and very unprofessional. Shame on the staff and doctors for their inefficiency. Edit: Editing this after the response from the owner. Instead of trying to explain to me the difference between an enquiry and an appointment, if you train your staff on the same, it would be much nicer. Instead of bending facts, please just try owning up next time. I called at around 5:20pm and reached at 5:50pm which, I believe is 30mins. Oh and by the way, the last I checked, this is how appointments work, call in advance, know the doctor's timings, fix a time to consult with them. Your staff had even confirmed the time with me. Secondly, pointing out the shortcoming from their end and telling them that I will be leaving a negative review of my bad experience is not called "shouting". You do have CCTV cameras right? Please confirm before making false accusations and trying to mislead people. Please grow up and own up to the shortcomings like professionals and train your staff on effective communication instead of just arguing back. Good day to you.

Personally had very good experience with all the doctors.It's very useful since they are working 24 hours.

Doctor farzeen is a very good. But Never give blood samples for analysis as they give completely wrong results. I have recived all result wrong and in abnormal range so that i have done further tests in another good lab facility. On another occassion they charged me 400 rs for nebulisation mask with mrp 572 printed on it.. Its a 100 -150 rs material.. My health was not good so i haven't responded to it.

My son has been admitted one day with febrile condition, got very good medical attention, medical officer was so good in caring patients, diagnosis and clinical report so perfect, giving correct antibiotics for URTI , EXTREMELY OUTSTANDING

On 18/12/2021, I'd visited you with a backpain which actually caused so much agony and strain to me. But you'd administered Ketorol injection on my buttocks and even suggested medicines for complete cure of the same. As a calculated risk, I took permission from the learned angel Dr.Farzeen to avoid medicines and just simply returned after the injection upon receiving such permission from her. Tonight as I write this message, I'm fully cured of the aforementioned backpain and hence this message, which I believe will help you at large while confusions occur as to whom to approach for proper healthcare services.
